Getting Started
Follow these steps to install Elementor2CRM, authorize GoHighLevel and Keap, and enable the Elementor action.
1. Install the plugin
- Download the latest Elementor2CRM ZIP.
- From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- Upload the ZIP, activate it, and open the new Elementor2CRM menu.
2. Connect your CRMs
Visit Elementor2CRM → Connections to add credentials and run status checks.
- Keap: Enter your Client ID & Secret, click Authorize Keap, and approve the OAuth dialogue.
- GoHighLevel: Paste a Location or Agency API Key. Use the Test Connection button to validate.
- Click Refresh Fields & Tags whenever you add or rename custom fields in either CRM.
3. Add the Elementor action
- Edit your Elementor Pro form and open Actions After Submit.
- Add Elementor2CRM to the actions list.
- Use the new panel to enable Keap and/or GoHighLevel, map fields, choose dedupe rules, and assign tags.
Tip: Put your consent checkbox field ID into Settings → Consent field IDs so Elementor2CRM only sends data when visitors explicitly opt in.
4. Test your form
Submit a test entry. Then review Elementor2CRM → Logs to confirm the CRM response and resend if needed.
If you see an error, check the Troubleshooting guide for common API messages and enable debug mode to capture raw payloads.
