Privacy Policy
Elementor2CRM is a WordPress plugin distributed under the MIT license. This policy explains how the plugin handles data when installed on your site.
Data processed
- Form submissions: Captured from Elementor Pro forms and forwarded to GoHighLevel or Keap.
- Logs: Stores CRM payload metadata, response bodies, and optional PII (email/phone/name) when enabled.
- UTM parameters: Stored in cookies for up to 30 days to pass attribution fields.
- API credentials: Keap access/refresh tokens and GoHighLevel API keys saved in the WordPress options table (encrypted when OpenSSL exists).
Your configuration responsibilities
You control retention windows, PII storage, and consent requirements via the plugin settings. Adjust these to match your jurisdiction and organization policies.
Third-party services
Elementor2CRM communicates with the official GoHighLevel REST API and the Keap REST + OAuth endpoints. Usage must comply with their respective terms.
Exporting & erasing data
The plugin integrates with WordPress personal data export and erasure tools. Requests are matched by email address.
